Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid Cash on Delivery.
